Gigabit broadband coverage: every council in England

Kingston upon Hull had the highest gigabit broadband coverage of England’s 296 councils in January 2026, at 99.6%.

Isles of Scilly had the lowest, at 50.2%. The middle council, Rochford, had 89.9%.
