Full-fibre take-up: every council in England

Kingston upon Hull had the highest full-fibre take-up of England’s 296 councils in January 2026, at 78%.

Kensington and Chelsea had the lowest, at 19%. The middle council, Newcastle upon Tyne, had 47%.
