# Home ownership: highest and lowest councils in South West (2021)

Stroud had the highest share of households that own their home of South West’s 27 councils in 2021, at 73.9%.

Isles of Scilly had the lowest, at 46.0%. The middle council, North Devon, had 68.4%.
