# Home ownership: highest and lowest councils in East Midlands (2021)

Blaby had the highest share of households that own their home of East Midlands’s 35 councils in 2021, at 79.0%.

Nottingham had the lowest, at 45.6%. The middle council, Charnwood, had 70.8%.
