# Median sale price: cheapest and most expensive places in West Midlands (2025)

Stratford-on-Avon was the most expensive of West Midlands’s 30 councils in 2025 (median sale price £372,000).

Stoke-on-Trent was the cheapest (£160,000). The middle council, Worcester, had £260,000.
