# Median sale price: cheapest and most expensive places in South West (2025)

Isles of Scilly was the most expensive of South West’s 27 councils in 2025 (median sale price £545,000).

Plymouth was the cheapest (£226,000). The middle council, North Somerset, had £320,000.
