# Median sale price: cheapest and most expensive London boroughs (2025)

Kensington and Chelsea was the most expensive of London’s 33 boroughs in 2025 (median sale price £1,200,000).

Barking and Dagenham was the cheapest (£385,000). The middle borough, Southwark, had £540,000.
