# White ethnic group share: highest and lowest councils in South West (2021)

Torridge had the highest share of residents in White ethnic groups of South West’s 27 councils in 2021, at 98.2%.

Bristol had the lowest, at 81.1%. The middle council, Cotswold, had 96.3%.
