# Black ethnic group share: highest and lowest London boroughs (2021)

Lewisham had the highest share of residents in the Black, Black British, Black Welsh, Caribbean or African ethnic group of London’s 33 boroughs in 2021, at 26.8%.

Richmond upon Thames had the lowest, at 1.9%. The middle borough, Merton, had 10.6%.
