# Share with a degree: highest and lowest councils in East Midlands (2021)

Rushcliffe had the highest degree-level qualifications of East Midlands’s 35 councils in 2021, at 45.3%.

Boston had the lowest, at 19.0%. The middle council, Hinckley and Bosworth, had 29.4%.
