# Share aged under 15: highest and lowest councils in North West (2021)

Blackburn with Darwen and Oldham had the joint highest aged under 15 of North West’s 35 councils in 2021, at 21.3%.

Fylde had the lowest, at 13.9%. The middle council, Wigan, had 17.3%.
